Length & times of delivery? Courses are 1 or 2 days, usually 9.30am - 3.30pm Courses can also be delivered over weekends

Terms & Conditions
The Client Organisation will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment required for the course, and the provision of an appropriate training venue (unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Principal Consultant Trainer). Participant materials will be provided on the training day.
Where a written report is requested by the Client following Training, this will be charged for in accordance with the current scale of fees unless pre-booked as part of the chosen package.
Travel expenses will be charged at the standard return rail fare or British Airways, or at 45p per mile.
Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduled courses, once booking is confirmed, will be subject to a cancellation fee if they are cancelled by the booking agency with less than 30 days notice. 2. If they are cancelled before this time then no fee is due. If they are cancelled with two weeks notice then 50% of the fee will be charged. 3. If they are cancelled with less than two weeks notice then the full fee will be charged, plus remuneration claimed for any travel costs incurred.
Where the Trainer is unable to fulfil an engagement, every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative Trainer. If this is not possible the course fee will be waived.
Invoices are due for payment within 28 days of invoice date. Invoices unpaid after 60 days of invoice date WILL be subject to an additional surcharge of 5% of the invoice total.
